Established in 1991, the Oakland Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce is Oakland's first professional association focused on supporting the Vietnamese business community. Our network of professionals, leaders, and advocates is dedicated to advancing the success of our members. Representing over 100 Vietnamese immigrant-owned businesses, we are committed to fostering entrepreneurship, growth, and economic empowerment.
